If the aligners are burnishing your cheeks or your tongue<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

After wearing an aligner for the first time, you can feel irritated inside your cheeks or around your tongue, but your mouth will adapt to it soon and in that meantime, you also can use an ulcer gel to ease the pain. If the aligners which you are using have sharp ends and create discomfort for you then you can smooth the edges with a nail file and if you don\u2019t want to take any risk then you can contact us to make adjustments in accordance to your need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What to do with a toothache<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

For the first few days after wearing a new set of aligners, you may experience toothache, so we recommend you take soft foods for the first few days. We also recommend taking pain relief pills if the pain is intolerable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is normal to experience bad breath after taking your aligners, so to avoid that you have to switch to a proper brushing schedule.
